The Casa Le Conchiglie flat is located on the ground floor of a terraced house and is very tastefully furnished - with pictures of sailing boats, decorative objects made of shells and atmospheric colours reminiscent of sun, sand and waves. The open-plan living and dining area flows into an open-plan kitchen area, ideal for uncomplicated holiday living. There is another flat on the second floor of this terraced house, which is rented out separately and has its own access from the other side of the building.

Casa Le Conchiglie offers a bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds and, of course, a modern shower room. Wi-Fi and a washing machine are available and the air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures at all times.

The highlight is the private terrace with sea views - not fenced in, so only suitable for older children. Imagine feeling the salty air here with a glass of wine and daydreaming about the sailing boats on the horizon.

Cannigione is a lively place with Sardinian charm - ideal for strolling in the evening, eating freshly caught fish or browsing in small boutiques. In addition to the local beach, you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda by car in a short time - including the famous bays of Capriccioli, Spiaggia del Principe or Romazzino. There are also excursions to Porto Cervo or the nearby hinterland with its granite mountains and quaint villages.

A special highlight is a trip to the nearby La Maddalena archipelago, a national park with numerous islands known for their unspoilt beaches, crystal-clear water and impressive granite formations.
