Just a few steps down a little path will take you from Villa Aurosa to the heavenly, 7km long beach of Costa Rei. The sand is light and fine and the water near the shore shallow, thus making it an ideal vacation home for any age. Early bird can take a dip in the sea before breakfast in the golden light of the rising sun.

A Comfortable House with Mediterranean Garden

Villa Aurosa with its four bedrooms and two bathrooms offers an ideal place to spend the best weeks of the year for families or more couples travelling together. There are three double rooms with direct access to the garden and one bedroom with one single bed and a bunk bed. All rooms have ventilators. The living room is equipped with an air conditioning which serves as heater in the colder season.The house offers one bath with shower, one bath with bath tub and one guest bathroom. The house is furnished in typical Mediterranean stile. The well-equipped, modern fitted kitchen offers washing machine, dishwasher and big fridge. There are perfect spaces for spending quality time together: in the summer in the lovely garden with its terrace with comfortable seating and barbeque and in the cooler days in the spacious living room with fireplace and comfortable seating area.The garden offers you privacy, a practical outside shower with warm water and safe parking for two cars under a car port. On top of that there is a laundry space in front of the kitchen where you can store extra water and groceries.

In the area

The Costa Rei is one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in Sardinia with a wonderful sandy beach that is several kilometres long, slopes gently into the sea and is also ideal for families with children. Sports lovers can rent all kinds of water sports equipment along the beach.In the village of Costa Rei you can find pizzerias, restaurants, bars and supermarkets, in large part accessible on foot. Once a week the traditional market offers a big variety of fresh local fruits and vegetables, regional specialities and traditional craft products.In 20 minutes by car you can reach the towns of Muravera and Villasimius where the shops are open all-year round - very practical for the off-season period when not all the shops at Costa Rei are open.In the surrounding areas of Costa Rei many more beautiful beaches are well worth the visit, for example Cala Sinzias to the south or the hidden coves at Capo Ferrato to the north. In the hinterland the unspoiled mountains of the Sarrabus are waiting to be explored - ideal for day trips into dense holm-oak forests or trekking in between granite peaks and scented Mediterranean vegetation.
