Villa de Janas has a ground floor living area of around 100 m², complemented by two spacious covered terraces at the front and rear, which are perfect for long evenings outdoors. Both terraces provide access to the bright living room inside the house with a cosy sitting area, dining table and a functional kitchenette. The traditional Mediterranean furnishings give the house a lot of authenticity and a warm, homely character that immediately conveys a feeling of "arrival".

The house has three double bedrooms (one of which can be converted into two single beds) and two bathrooms with showers. Thanks to its layout, the house is not only ideal for families with children but also for up to three couples who want to holiday together. Amenities include air conditioning, free WiFi, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a brick barbecue – the best conditions for a relaxing holiday.

The beautiful garden on three sides of the house is completely fenced in and surrounded by a dense hedge, guaranteeing guests complete privacy. It is only a two-minute walk to the wonderful beach.

The Costa Rei is one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in Sardinia with a wonderful sandy beach that is several kilometres long, slopes gently into the sea and is also ideal for families with children. Sports lovers can rent all kinds of water sports equipment along the beach.In the village of Costa Rei you can find pizzerias, restaurants, bars and supermarkets, in large part accessible on foot. Once a week the traditional market offers a big variety of fresh local fruits and vegetables, regional specialities and traditional craft products.In 20 minutes by car you can reach the towns of Muravera and Villasimius where the shops are open all-year round - very practical for the off-season period when not all the shops at Costa Rei are open.In the surrounding areas of Costa Rei many more beautiful beaches are well worth the visit, for example Cala Sinzias to the south or the hidden coves at Capo Ferrato to the north. In the hinterland the unspoiled mountains of the Sarrabus are waiting to be explored - ideal for day trips into dense holm-oak forests or trekking in between granite peaks and scented Mediterranean vegetation.
