Amidst fragrant macchia bushes, Villa Golfo degli Angeli is enthroned above the sea with a view of turquoise-blue, crystal-clear water. The unique location, unparalleled even in Sardinia, leaves an unforgettable impression. You wake up to the sound of the sea and in the evening you see the sun sinking glowing red into the sea. A private access leads directly from the house down about 20 steps to the water. There you can swim between the rocks. The beautiful sandy beach Cann´e Sisa can be reached on foot along the rocks in about 4 minutes.

Villa Golfo degli Angeli is situated on a beautiful, natural hillside plot with imposing rock formations and typical Mediterranean flora. Even in the height of summer you can enjoy absolute tranquillity here. You won´t be able to get enough of the shapes of the granite blocks washed out by wind and water and the glitter of the sea.

Villa Golfo degli Angeli extends over two floors: the main part has 4 bedrooms and is located on the ground floor, while on the first floor there is a one-room flat with a separate entrance. In addition to its own terrace, bathroom and kitchenette, the flat has a sofa bed that can be converted into a full-size bed. The flat can therefore be used as a fifth bedroom.

On the ground floor, a spacious living room is divided into a sitting area and a dining area by an impressive indoor fireplace, both with sea views. The tasteful furnishings are in light colours. As the sofa in the living room on the ground floor can be converted into a bed for two children or teenagers if required, Villa Golfo degli Angeli can accommodate a total of 10-12 people.

The kitchen is accessible from the dining area and is very well equipped with a dishwasher, hob and oven. The main terrace of the house is also accessible from the dining area and offers a magnificent view of the water in its turquoise and blue colours. A private access to the sea leads down a few steps to a swimming area between the rocks.

The house has recently been completely renovated and modernised by the owner. A powerful air conditioning system of the latest generation creates pleasant temperatures while solar panels ensure sustainability. Fast and stable Wi-Fi is available to guests.

Torre delle Stelle stretches over 3 hills that rise steeply from the sea and offer spectacular views of the Gulf of Cagliari. Along the hills, small roads wind through the settlement, unpaved in places. Besides two beautiful sandy beaches - Cann´e Sisa and Genn´e Mari - there are also two small supermarkets, two pizzerias and a pharmacy. Torre delle Stelle is considered an insider tip and many international celebrities who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the Costa Smeralda have their holiday villa here.

In the surrounding area, you can discover the beautiful landscapes of the southeast as well as many other dreamlike beaches, which are among the most beautiful in Sardinia. While the mountains of the Sarrabus rise steeply in the hinterland, the marine national park near Villasimius entices you to take boat trips into the unique water world. In Villasimius you will find numerous supermarkets, restaurants and a lively nightlife during the summer months.

The island´s capital Cagliari is only about 35 minutes away by car and is also worth a trip with its narrow old town streets and Mediterranean flair.
